Technical concerns play an increasingly important role in the translation management of large, internationally operating companies. This is a reality that we take seriously at 24translate, working in close collaboration with our sister company 24technology and listing technical competence as one of the three pillars of our company. Specifically, this means that current and future customers will not simply receive solutions 'off the rack', but that we can provide advice on an individual basis, thanks to the technically qualified personnel at 24technology. This applies to all the phases and challenges involved in a modern translation process, and leads in the long run to maximum compatibility with software and customer workflows.

Quality management

Regardless of the service provider or software you previously worked with, we will import your existing translations and glossaries quickly and without loss into our systems 24|tcm and 24|term. From the first translation then, you benefit from improved quality, increased efficiency, and savings. Do you need an automated exchange between our databases and your own systems via an API? We are happy to set this up according to your wishes.

Document management

In this case too, 'there's no such thing as impossible!' Thanks to our document conversion tool 24|xliff, we support all common file formats. Should our software nevertheless fail due to an unusual XML file format, our technicians are here to help. Send us your files and receive your translations in the same format, saving you time-intensive and needless conversion and formatting work.

Interface management

24translate offers its customers a wide range of plug-ins for automated order submissions through CM, PIM or DAM systems. While we do not have a ready-made solution for every system — the diversity in the software market is simply too great — we are committed to finding a practicable solution for our customers in any given case. If, for example, there exists no connection for your CMS, we can use third-party plug-ins or develop new, individualised connection solutions to ensure a convenient import and export process. We also naturally support our customers with the installation of our plug-ins and, upon request, will get in touch directly with the responsible (web) agencies.

Workflow management

In our experience, many companies seek to make one-to-one transfers of established internal processes to new, digital solutions. Whether it is for the purpose of commissioning new translation orders, the review and evaluation of translation services, or accounting and controlling: we will tailor our solutions to the customers' wishes. Thus, our customers can request individually configured customer portals for example, or receive (software) support when mapping complex validation processes involving multiple actors.
